Lower School had a visit from David Baron last Friday. He is one of the designer/makers of a new product, the Nugget. It was great for our young designer/engineers to hear about why and how they designed the Nugget.
The students loved getting to try out one that Natalie got for the Library. David invited them to explore the pieces and see what they could create with them.
To get an idea of some of what David shared you can look at the video fellow designer Ryan and he put up as part of a Kickstarter campaign. (Their project has already been funded by the campaign, so the video is simply for informational purposes.)
